From zero to your first hatched JingJing in about five minutes. Ready? Let's go!
1. Create your account
Hop over to the registration page and pick a username,
password and your Second Life avatar name. Your avatar's UUID is the magic link between
the website and your pets in-world.
Log in — you'll land on your dashboard, which shows your pets, eggs, supplies and
recent activity all in one place.

2. Buy a starter pack in-world
Head to the JingJings in-world store and pick up a starter pack from one of the vendors.
The eggs are delivered straight to your account — you'll see them under Eggs on your
My Pets page, usually within seconds.
Each starter egg hatches into one of eight coloured starters — Red, Yellow, Blue, Green,
Orange, Purple, Pink or Black. They all share the same base trait set (including the cute
white belly), so pick whichever colour makes you smile.

3. Get and attach the HUD
Grab the JingJings HUD from the HQ in Second Life (or from the delivery object).
Right-click it → Wear to attach it to a HUD point.
The HUD registers itself, grabs a token, and opens your personal HUD page on a little
media panel. Tokens last about an hour — if the page ever says your session expired,
just detach and re-attach and it'll sort itself out.

4. Rez and hatch your egg
Rez a starter egg somewhere you have rez rights.
Select the egg in the HUD (or give it a touch) and choose Hatch.
Crack! Out pops your new pet with a randomly generated name — rename it anything you
like from the HUD.
